摘要
阐述了新田矿选煤厂由于末精煤正常发热量28.43 MJ/kg以上,超过黔希化工原料煤发热量24.25~25.93 MJ/kg的指标要求。该厂结合原煤煤质、现有重介生产系统、干法选煤技术制定解决方案,提出首先利用洗末精煤与筛末煤掺配方式,使末煤发热量达到24.25 MJ/kg,以满足当前黔希化工原料煤的需求;然后采用干法选煤工艺预排矸+湿法末煤重介分选+末煤掺配的生产工艺,同时加强原煤水分控制,最终实现持续稳定地生产满足黔希化工原料煤指标要求的目标。
Clarify the indicator demand of heating amount beyond 24.25~25.93 MJ/kg of the calorific value of Qianxi chemical raw material coal due to above 28.43 MJ/kg of normal heating amount of fine coal Xintian Coal Preparation Plant.This factory combines with raw coal quality,existing heavy media production system,dry coal preparation technology solution to put forward utilizing the blending method of clean coal and sieve coal which makes calorific value of fine coal reach 24.25 MJ/kg so as to satisfy with current demand of Qianxi Chemical Raw Coal;then adopts the production technique of dry coal preparation process pre-draining gangue+dense-medium separation of wet fine coal+fine coal blending while strengthening the control of raw coal moisture and finally realizing goal of sustainably and steadily producing and satisfying with the indicator demand of Qianxi Chemical Raw Coal.
