摘要
针对临涣炼焦煤选煤厂入洗原料煤中矸石含量过高的问题,通过对青东矿煤质资料分析和重介质旋流器结构参数与处理量及分选效果之间的关系分析,确定采用干法分选机进行预排矸,同时对干法分选机的工艺效果进行了检查,通过数据计算出干选机分选可能偏差为0.068 g/cm^3;采用干法分选机预排矸每年可以节约电耗115.29万kW·h,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
Aiming at the problem of the high content of refuse in the raw coal in Linhuan Coking Coal Preparation Plant,the raw coal quality data of Qingdong Mine is analyzed and the relationships between the structural parameters of the heavy medium cyclone and the processing capacity or the processing effect are studied.Finally the dry cleaning separator is selected for deshaling raw coal.The process effect of the dry cleaning separator is examined.The E p value of dry cleaning separator is calculated to be 0.068 g/cm^3.Annually 1152900(kW·h)electricity can be saved and there are good economic and social benefits.
