摘要
农业生产效率提升对产业结构的影响在理论上存在争议。基于中国1869个县域面板数据测度农业生产效率及技术进步偏向,采用空间SARAR模型验证其对产业结构的影响。研究发现:中国县域农业全要素生产率存在着显著的空间相关性,中国农业部门属于资本偏向型技术进步;农业生产效率对产业结构的影响不稳健;农业部门的资本偏向型技术进步对产业结构升级产生促进作用,而农业部门的劳动偏向型技术进步会对产业结构升级产生抑制作用。
The impact of agricultural productivity improvement on industrial structure is theoretically controversial.Based on panel data of 1869 counties in China,this paper measures agricultural production efficiency and technological progress bias,and uses the spatial SARAR model to verify its impact on the upgrading of the industrial structure.The research findings are the following.China’s agricultural total factor productivity at county level has a significant spatial correlation,China’s agricultural sector belongs to capital-biased technological progress.Agricultural production efficiency has an unsteady effect on industrial structure.In agriculture sector,capital-biased technological progress will promote the upgrading of industrial structure,while labor-biased technological progress will inhibit the upgrading of industrial structure.
