摘要
白车身是汽车的核心部件之一,它的制造质量对汽车的整车性能起着关键性的作用。而尺寸精度是白车身制造质量的关键技术,因此控制白车身的尺寸精度有着极其重要的意义。在车身车间生产工作中,采用三坐标测量数据,提出基于三坐标测量的汽车白车身尺寸控制策略,并通过应用实例验证了策略的有效性。
Body in white is a core part of a car,thus its manufacturing quality is critical to the performance of a car. Therefore,control the accuracy of dimensions is meaningful because it is a key pillar for manufacturing quality of body in white. According to actual production in body shop,a dimension control strategy based on CMM is proposed for body in white which uses the data of CMM,and verifies its effectiveness by applications.
