摘要
瞬息万变的市场对汽车制造业柔性化生产提出了更高要求,传统!串联!式的主车身线规划方案越来越不能满足产品变化的需求,需要探索一种更加柔性化的生产方式以适应市场需求。文章从焊装工艺规划角度阐述了白车身焊接过程中主车身线的一种焊装工艺规划方案,其区别于传统!串联!式的主线工艺规划方案,设立分散的、标准的功能加工单元,并以AGV输送将各加工单元进行连接,以完成主车身焊装线的功能,进而完成白车身制造。此种生产方式柔性化程度高,线体设备利用率高,可以更为容易地实现焊装线的智能化、标准化。
The ever-changing market puts forward higher requirements for the flexible production of automobile manufacturing industry.The traditional"series"main body line planning scheme can't meet the requirements of product changes.It is necessary to explore a more flexible production mode to meet the market demand.In this paper,from the perspective of welding process planning,a welding process planning scheme of main body line in BIW welding process is expounded,which is different from the traditional"series"main line process planning scheme.Decentralized and standard functional processing units are set up,and each processing unit is connected by AGV transportation to complete the functions of main body welding line and then complete BIW manufacturing.This mode of production has high flexibility and high utilization rate of line equipment,which makes it easier to realize intellectualization and standardization of welding line.
