摘要
[目的/意义]旨在引导公共图书馆更好地开展健康信息服务,满足社会公众日益增长的健康信息需求。[方法/过程]通过文献搜集、网页浏览和在线咨询的方式对我国34家公共图书馆的健康信息服务情况进行数据收集,结合内容分析法,借助NVivo 12软件的质性编码功能对相关数据进行分析。[结果/结论]将我国公共图书馆现有健康信息服务归纳为传统型、合作型、自助型、专题型和新媒体型五大类,发现在具体的服务实践过程中存在着资源专业性过强、机构合作单一、网站健康信息零碎、用户需求挖掘浅、新媒体原创力不足等问题,并提出培养健康服务型馆员、拓展机构合作、加强“健康专栏”建设、划分用户群、深度挖掘馆藏资源等对应改进建议。
[Purpose/significance]The paper intends to guide public libraries to carry out health information service better to meet the growing health information needs of the public.[Method/process]By means of literature collection,web browsing and online consultation,the paper collects data on health information service of 34 public libraries in China,and analyzes relevant data with the qualitative coding function of Nvivo 12 software combined with the content analysis method.[Result/conclusion]The existing forms of health information service in public libraries of China are divided into five categories,which are traditional type,cooperative type,self-help type,thematic type and new media type.There are some problems in the practical process,like excessive professional resources,unitary cooperation between organizations,fragmented health information of websites,shallow exploration of user needs,insufficient originality of new media and so on.In order to solve these problems,some suggestions are put forward,such as training health service librarians,expanding cooperation among institutions,strengthening the construction of“health column”,dividing user groups,and mining collection resources.
