Determination of Quinolones Residues in Aquatic Products by Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry

摘要 建立了QuEChERS前处理方法结合LC-MS/MS内标法测定水产品中17种喹诺酮类药物残留同时检测的方法。样品经含5%甲酸的乙腈提取,经EMR-Lipid dSPE净化,EMR polish脱水,浓缩定容后以电喷雾电离正离子(ESI+)、多反应检测模式(MRM)进行检测,内标法定量。该分析方法快速、准确,在大黄鱼、鲈鱼进行0.1μg/kg加标水平测试,其回收率为84.9%~111.5%,RSD为5.29%~22.66%。该方法适用于水产品中17种喹诺酮类药物的测定。 QuEChERS pretreatment method combined with LC-MS/MS was established for the simultaneous determination of 17 quinolones residues in aquatic products using internal standard method.The sample was extracted with acetonitrile containing 5%formic acid,purified by EMR-Lipid dSPE,dehydrated by EMR polish,concentrated and detected by electrospray ionization positive ion(ESI+)and multiple reaction detection mode(MRM),using internal standards.The method was rapid and accurate.Tests for recovery were made by addition of mix standards of 0.1μg·kg-1 in yellow croaker and perch.The recoveries were 84.9%~111.5%with RSD of 5.29%~22.66%.The method was suitable for the determination of 17 quinolones in aquatic products.
