摘要
目的探讨针灸治疗腹泻及护理效果。方法选择2017年4月—2019年4月腹泻患者200例,随机分为对照组(100例)和观察组(100例)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用针灸护理,护理后对患者效果进行评估,比较2组护理前后腹泻严重度、情绪状态和患者住院天数、住院成本以及临床症状恢复时间。结果护理后,观察组腹泻严重度评分、SAS评分及SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组住院天数和住院成本均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组呕吐停止时间、体温下降时间和大便次数与性状恢复时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸护理应用于腹泻能够提高腹泻治疗效果,改善患者心理状态,缩短康复时间,减少腹泻次数、住院时间及治疗费用,能促进患者各项生理功能的快速恢复,更好地改善患者的临床症状,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of diarrhea and the nursing effect.Methods 200 patients with diarrhea from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the subjects and were randomly divided into the control group(n=100)and the observation group(n=100).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given acupuncture and moxibustion nursing.After nursing,the effect of patients was evaluated,and the severity of diarrhea,emotional state,length of stay,hospitalization cost and recovery time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the score of diarrhea severity,SAS score and SDS in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the length of stay and hospitalization cost in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing care,the vomiting stop time,hypothermia time,stool frequency and character recovery time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of diarrhea can improve the therapeutic effect of cardiac diarrhea,improve the psychological state of patients,shorten the recovery time,reduce the number of diarrhea,hospital stay and treatment costs,can promote the rapid recovery of physiological functions of children,better improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and it is worth promoting.
