摘要
科技创新和产业结构升级已经成为我国新发展格局下实现经济高质量发展的两大战略举措,探究科技创新和产业结构升级对经济高质量发展的作用机制,对于实现中国经济高质量发展以及社会主义现代化的远景目标具有重要意义。本文采用2008-2017年我国30个省份的面板数据,借助面板联立方程模型实证考察科技创新、产业结构升级对经济高质量发展的影响。研究发现:科技创新对产业结构升级和经济高质量发展均产生了显著的促进作用,产业结构升级显著抑制了经济高质量发展,但科技创新能够矫正产业结构升级对经济高质量发展的负向效应,从而间接促进经济高质量发展。科技创新对经济高质量发展的影响存在双重路径,即科技创新不仅对经济高质量发展的影响存在直接效应,而且存在通过产业结构升级影响经济高质量发展的间接效应。
Scientific and technological innovation and upgrade of industrial structure has become our country achieve high quality economic development under the new development pattern of two big strategic move,to explore the mechanism of action of the scientific and technological innovation and upgrade of industrial structure to high quality economic development,to achieve the development of chinese economy,high quality and prospective goal of socialist modernization is of great significance.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2008 to 2017,this paper empirically investigates the impact of technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading on high-quality economic development with the help of the panel simultaneous equation model.The results show that technological innovation has a significant promoting effect on both high-quality economic development and industrial structure upgrading.The upgrading of industrial structure significantly inhibits high-quality economic development,but technological innovation can correct the negative effect of industrial structure upgrading on high-quality economic development,thus indirectly promoting high-quality economic development.The impact of scientific and technological innovation on high-quality economic development has a dual path,that is,scientific and technological innovation not only has a direct effect on high-quality economic development,but also has an indirect effect on high-quality economic development through the upgrading of industrial structure.
