摘要
目的分析康复护理对子宫肌瘤手术后患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月来我院进行治疗的300例子宫肌瘤患者,应用抽签法将其分为观察组和对照组,各150例。两组患者均通过子宫肌瘤手术进行治疗,观察组行康复护理干预,对照组行常规护理干预,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组并发症总发生率为2.67%,对照组并发症总发生率为10.00%(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对子宫肌瘤手术患者予以康复护理干预能够降低并发症对患者的影响,促进患者的恢复,提升整体生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing methods on postoperative quality of life in patients with uterine fibroid surgery.Methods A selection of 300 patients with uterine fibroids who came to our hospital for treatment from January 2018 to January 2020 were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 150 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were treated with uterine fibroids surgery,the observation group received rehabilitation nursing intervention,and the control group received conventional nursing intervention.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.67%,and the total incidence of complications in the control group was 10.00%(P<0.05);after nursing,the exhaust time and hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with uterine fibroid surgery can help patients reduce the impact of complications,promote the recovery of patients and improve the overall quality of life.
