摘要
股骨转子间骨折多发于老年人群,随着我国人口老龄化进程的加快,股骨转子间骨折的发生率呈逐年上升趋势。股骨转子间骨折的分型对指导治疗和预测预后效果具有重要的意义。本文对常用的股骨转子间骨折分型进行综述,以期为骨科医师对股骨转子间骨折分型的选择提供参考。
Femoral intertrochanteric fractures are more common in the elderly,and the incidence of femoral intertrochanteric fractures is increasing with the acceleration of the aging process of China's population.The classification of femoral intertrochanteric fractures is of great significance for guiding the treatment and predicting the prognosis.Therefore,this study summarizes the commonly used classification of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in order to provide a reference for orthopedic surgeons to select the classification of femoral intertrochanteric fractures.
