摘要
股骨转子间骨折常见于老年骨质疏松患者,其严重危害老年患者的生活质量及预期寿命,随着社会老龄化的进程,股骨转子间骨折的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,其危害性亦日趋明显。现治疗方法多样,各方法各有优缺点。为此,本文对老年股骨转子间骨折的手术治疗方法进行综述。
Intertrochanteric fractures of femurare common in elderly patients with osteoporosis,which seriously endanger the quality of life and life expectancy of elderly patients.With the process of social aging,the incidence of intertrochanteric fractures of femuris increasing year by year,and its harm is becoming increasingly obvious.There are various methods of treatment,and each method has its own advantages and disadvantages.Therefore,the research progress of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly is reviewed in this paper.
