摘要
大庆油田进入开发后期,优质储量逐渐减少,在低油价和低品位储量的双重压力下,产能建设规模逐渐减小。如何发挥经济评价的推动作用,需要研究创新产能建设项目经济评价方法,综合应用盈亏平衡原理、现金流量模型和规划优化理论,对油田产能建设项目在定性分析的基础上,进行定量化、模型化、标准化,建立油田产能建设项目经济评价模式。经过3年的实践,取得了很好的效果:增加产能建设437.7×104 t;实现原油产量有序接替,增加原油产量572.7×104 t;优化投资结构,提升油田效益,增加油田有效投资286.7亿元,实现利润24.8亿元。
As Daqing Oilfield enters the later stage of development,its high-quality reserves are gradually decreased and the scale of production capacity construction is gradually reduced under the pressure of low oil prices and low-grade reserves. In order to find how to play the driving role of economic evaluation,we need to study and innovate the economic evaluation method of production capacity construction project. Through the comprehensively apply of the principle of profit and loss balance,the cash flow model and the theory of programming optimization, on the basis of qualitative analysis,quantitative,modeling and standardization are carried out to establish the economic evaluation model of Oilfield Production Capacity Construction Project. After 3 years’ practice, good results have been achieved: First,the scale of production capacity construction is increased significantly,reaching 4.377 million tons. Second,the orderly replacement of crude oil output is realized,the crude oil output is increased by 5.727 million tons. Third, the investment structure is optimized, oilfield benefit is enhanced,oilfield effective investment is increased by 28.67 billion yuan,2.48 billion yuan of profit is realized.
