塔架式抽油机发展历程及规模应用的经济效益评价 被引量:7

摘要 为了解决常规游梁抽油机举升存在传动效率低、管理节点多等问题,在杏北某产能区块开辟塔架式抽油机举升示范区,对多种举升工艺的经济效益进行综合评价。据统计大庆油田目前所有采油井中,其中机采井占油井总数的93.3%,游梁抽油机占机采井总数的87.4%,而塔架式抽油机仅占0.4%,其余为螺杆泵、电潜泵及新型无杆举升方式。机采设备设计过程中,始终坚持“降投资、降能耗”的设计原则,随着新型举升工艺技术的发展与进步,为降低机采能耗创造了条件。2020年,在大庆油田某产能区块规模化应用多种塔架式抽油机,其中智能塔架式抽油机节能效果最优,系统效率比常规游梁抽油机提高2.91%,节电率比常规游梁抽油机提高14.57%。 In order to solve the problems of low transmission efficiency and many management nodes in conventional beam pumping unit lifting,a tower type pumping unit lifting demonstration area was established in a production capacity block of Xingbei,and the economic benefits of various lifting processes were evaluated comprehensively.According to the statistics of all oil Wells in Daqing Oilfield,mechanical pumping Wells account for 93.3%of the total number of oil Wells,beam pumping units account for 87.4%of the total number of oil Wells,and tower type pumping units account for only 0.4%,the rest are screw pump,electric submersible pump and new rod-less lifting methods.In the process of mechanical equipment design,we always adhere to the design principle of"reducing investment and energy consumption".With the development and progress of new lifting technology,we create conditions for reducing the energy consumption of mechanical equipment.In 2020,a variety of tower-frame pumping units will be applied in a production area of Daqing Oilfield.Among them,intelligent tower-frame pumping units have the best energy saving effect,with the system efficiency increasing by 2.91%and power saving rate increasing by 14.57%compared with conventional beam pumping units.
