摘要
对协同共建视角下的民办本科院校教师队伍建设进行探讨。民办本科院校教师队伍存在的问题分为外在表现和内在表现。外在表现包括教师绝对数量不足,教师队伍质量有待提升,教师队伍内部结构不合理。内在表现则是教师的职业幸福感和发展获得感等心理缺失。要加强各级政府与民办本科院校的协同,促进民办本科院校与高水平大学的共建。这既能推动公办高水平大学充分挖掘和利用自身的优质资源,提高教师队伍运转效率,又可以促进民办本科院校教师队伍质量的提升。共建双方一起为推动国家高等教育的良性发展发挥各自的重要作用。
The research explores the construction of teaching staff in private undergraduate institutions under the perspective of collaborative co-construction.There is external and internal performance of the teaching staff in private undergraduate institutions.The external problems include the insufficient quantity of the teachers,the need of improvement of teaching staff quality,and the irrational internal structure of teaching staff.The internal problems include the lack of teacher’s professional happiness,and development and obtain sense.It is suggested to strengthen the cooperation among governments of all levels and private undergraduate institutions,and promote the co-construction of private colleges and universities of high level.This can not only promote the public colleges and universities of high level to fully explore and utilize their resources of good quality,and improve the operative efficiency of teaching staff,but also to promote the quality of teaching staff in private colleges.The co-construction can make the two parts play important function in the benign development of the national higher education.
