摘要
地方工科院校的人才培养普遍定位于应用型工程技术人才,应用型工程技术人才的核心能力是工程能力,工程能力包括工程实践能力和创新能力。应用型工程技术人才核心能力的培养,要求地方工科院校加强顶层设计和整体谋划,开门办学。以产教融合、校企合作、协同育人为突破口,实施“4+4”校政企协同育人模式,即教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链“四链衔接”,高校、政府、企业、产教融合服务企业(组织)“四方联动”,开展定向人才培养培训、共建就业实习基地和“双师双能型”教师队伍。该模式能够积极推进校政企合作办学、合作育人、合作发展、合作就业,协同建立起以培养适应变化能力、工程实践能力、创新能力和就业能力为引领的人才培养流程,进而促进地方工科院校的人才培养供给侧与产业需求侧全要素、全方位融合。
The training of talents in local engineering colleges is generally oriented at application-oriented engineering and technical talents.The core competence of application-oriented engineering and technical talents is engineering competence,which includes engineering practice competence and innovation competence.The cultivation of core ability of application-oriented engineering and technical talents requires local engineering colleges to strengthen top-level design,overall planning and open school.With the integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation and cooperative education as breakthrough point,implement the“4+4”school-government-enterprise cooperative education mode that the education chain and talent chain connect with the industry chain and innovation chain.Colleges and universities,governments,enterprises,and industry-education integration service enterprises(organizations)have carried out targeted talent cultivation and training,jointly built employment practice bases and“double teachers and double abilities”teacher teams.This mode can actively promote the school-government-enterprise cooperation in running schools,cooperative education,cooperative development and cooperative employment,which can synergistically establish talent cultivation process guided by training competence to adapt to changes,engineering practice competence,innovation competence and employability,so as to promote the integration of the supply side and the industrial demand side of talent training of the total factor,all-round integration in local engineering colleges.
