复方中草药添加剂对绿壳蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血清抗氧化性能的影响 被引量:12

Effects of Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine on Productive Performance,Egg Quality and Serum Antioxidant Parameters in Green-eggshell Laying Hens

摘要 试验旨在研究不同剂量的中草药添加剂对绿壳蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及抗氧化性能的影响。试验选取24周龄健康状况良好、体重接近的山东麻羽绿壳蛋鸡192只,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复8只蛋鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的复方中草药添加剂。结果表明:①饲粮添加不同剂量的复方中草药均能改善绿壳蛋鸡的蛋重、平均日采食量、产蛋率、料蛋比和破损蛋率,其中添加1.0%的复方中草药绿壳蛋鸡的产蛋率最高,料蛋比最低(P<0.05)。②与对照组相比,在饲粮中添加1.0%和1.5%的复方中草药显著提升了绿壳蛋鸡鸡蛋的蛋形指数、蛋白高度(P<0.05),显著降低了蛋黄含水量(P<0.05);添加1.0%的复方中草药显著提升了绿壳蛋鸡鸡蛋的蛋黄系数(P<0.05),有增强蛋壳强度的趋势;添加1.5%的复方中草药显著提升了绿壳蛋鸡鸡蛋的蛋壳厚度(P<0.05),蛋比重具有显著性差异的趋势(0.05<P<0.10);添加不同剂量的复方中草药均能改善绿壳蛋鸡鸡蛋的蛋壳相对重、哈氏单位和蛋黄相对重,但是差异均不显著(P>0.05)。③与对照组相比,在饲粮中添加1.0%和1.5%的复方中草药显著提升了绿壳蛋鸡血清中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)含量(P<0.05),不同剂量复方中草药的添加皆提升了绿壳蛋鸡血清中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量、降低了丙二醛(MDA)含量,但是均没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:日粮中添加0.5%~1.5%的复方中草药可以改善山东麻羽绿壳蛋鸡的生产性能和蛋品质,提高机体的抗氧化水平,其中以添加1.0%的复方中草药效果最佳。 The purpose of this experiment was to evaluate the effects of Chinese herbal medicine additives on productive performance,egg quality and serum biochemical parameters of green shell laying hens.A to⁃tal of 19224-week-old Shandong Mayu green shell laying hens with good health and similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups with six replicates per treatment and eight hens per replicate.The control group was fed with basic diet,while the experimental group was fed with 0.5%,1.0%and 1.5%compound Chinese herbal medicine additives respectively.The results showed that:①different doses of compound Chinese herbal medicine could improve the egg weight,average feed intake,feed-egg ratio and damaged egg rate of green shell laying hens,and the laying rate of green shell laying hens with 1.0%compound Chinese herbal medicine was the highest,the feed-egg ratio was the lowest(P<0.05).②Compared with the control group,the ad⁃dition of 1.0%and 1.5%compound Chinese herb⁃al medicine significantly increased the egg shape index and protein height of green shell laying hens(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the water content of egg yolk(P<0.05).The addition of 1.0%com⁃pound Chinese herbal medicine significantly increased increased the egg yolk coefficient of green shell lay⁃ing hens.The addition of 1.5%compound Chinese herbal medicine significantly increased the eggshell thickness of green shell laying hens(P<0.05),here was a trend of significant difference in egg specific gravity(0.05<P<0.10).The addition of different doses of compound Chinese herbal medicine could im⁃prove the relative weight of eggshell,Haugh unit and yolk of green shell laying hens,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).③Compared with the control group,the addition of 1.0%and 1.5%com⁃pound Chinese herbal medicine significantly increased the contents of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and catalase(CAT)in the serum of green shell laying hens.The addition of different doses of compound Chinese herbal medicine increased the content of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and decreased the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the serum of green shell laying hen,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:adding 0.5%~1.5%compound Chinese herbal medicine to the diet could improve the production performance and egg quality of Shandong Mayu green shell laying hens,and improve the an⁃tioxidant level of the body,among which 1.0%compound Chinese herbal medicine had the best effect.
