摘要
试验旨在研究低蛋白饲粮中添加青蒿、黄芪对海兰褐蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、卵泡发育及蛋黄抗氧化指标的影响,将720只52周龄健康海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为5组,每组8个重复,每个重复18只鸡。对照组(A)饲喂基础饲粮,低蛋白组(B)饲喂低蛋白饲粮,其余3组在低蛋白饲粮基础上分别加入0.5%青蒿(C)、0.5%黄芪(D)及0.25%青蒿和0.25%黄芪的混合物(E)。其中基础饲粮中粗蛋白水平为15.85%,低蛋白饲粮中粗蛋白水平为13.85%。预试期7 d,正试期42 d。结果显示:(1)各组之间平均蛋重、平均日采食量、料蛋比、破损率、死淘率无显著差异(P>0.05);C、D、E组产蛋率显著高于A、B两组(P<0.05);(2)不同组之间的蛋白高度、蛋黄颜色、哈氏单位、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、蛋黄相对重、蛋形指数无显著差异(P>0.05);(3)B、C、D组优势卵泡(直径>10 mm)数量显著高于A组(P<0.05);(4)各组间超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性无显著差异(P>0.05),C、D组丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于A组(P<0.05),D组总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。综上所述,低蛋白饲粮中联合添加青蒿、黄芪可提高52~62周龄海兰褐蛋鸡产蛋率,单独添加青蒿或黄芪可提高52~62周龄海兰褐蛋鸡蛋黄抗氧化能力并促进其卵泡发育。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of Artemisia annua and Astragalus membranaceus on production performance,egg quality,follicle development and yolk antioxidant index of Hy-line brown hens,seven hundred and twenty healthy 52-week-age Hy-line brown hens were randomly divided into 5 groups with 8 replicates in each group and 18 hens in each replicate.The control group(group A)was fed with basal diet,the low protein group(group B)was fed with low protein diet,and the other three groups were added with 0.5%Artemisia annua(group C),0.5%Astragalus membranaceus(group D)and the mixture of 0.25%Artemisia annua and 0.25%Astragalus membranaceus(E)on the basis of low protein diet.The crude protein level in basic diet was 15.85%,and that in low protein diet was 13.85%.The pre-test period was 7 days and the trial period was42 days.The results showed that:(1)There was no significant difference in average egg weight,average daily feed intake,feed egg ratio,damage rate and dead Amoy rate among the groups(P>0.05).The egg laying rate of group C,groups D group and E was significantly higher than that of groups A and B(P<0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in protein height,yolk color,Haugh unit,eggshell strength,eggshell thickness,relative weight of yolk and egg shape index between different groups(P>0.05).(3)The number of dominant follicles(diameter>10 mm)in group B,C and D was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05).(4)There was no significant difference in the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)among the groups(P>0.05).The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in group D was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05).The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of group D was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05).In conclusion,combination adding Artemisia annua and Astragalus membranaceus in low protein diet could improve the laying rate of Hy-line brown hens at 52 to 62 weeks of age,and the addition of Artemisia annua or Astragalus membranaceus in low protein diet could improve egg yolk anti-oxidation ability and its follicular developmenthe of Hy-line brown hens at 52 to 62 weeks of age.
