摘要
装配式施工是现代化建筑业持续健康发展的必然趋势,为进一步深化高职院校土建类专业教育教学改革和更好地培养装配式建筑施工人才,对目前装配式建筑施工课程教学现状进行了分析,按建筑工业化和信息化的发展需求,并结合BIM技术特点,从专业层面重构装配式建筑课程体系,并从课程出发改革装配式建筑施工课程的教学内容和教学模式。综合考虑BIM技术和装配式建筑施工课程特点,就BIM技术的直接应用、教学辅助、综合应用等入课方式进行教学实践,实践效果良好。
Prefabricated construction is the inevitable trend of sustainable and healthy development of modern construction industry.In order to further deepen the education and teaching reform of civil engineering specialty in higher vocational colleges and better train the prefabricated construction talents,the present situation of prefabricated building construction curriculum teaching is analyzed.According to the development of building industrialization and informationization and combined with the characteristics of BIM technology,the curriculum system of prefabricated building is reestablished,and the teaching content and teaching mode of prefabricated building construction course are reformed as well.Considering comprehensively the characteristics of BIM technology and prefabricated building construction course,teaching practice is carried out on the pattern of BIM implanted into college curriculum such as direct application,teaching assistance and comprehensive application,and a good effect is achieved.
