摘要
[目的/意义]通过多维度的专利信息分析,追踪镇江市的创新发展态势,发现区域创新存在的不足,为镇江市制定因地制宜的精准创新发展策略提供支撑,推动区域经济高质量发展。[方法/过程]以镇江市发明专利为研究对象,从发明专利申请授权、发明专利申请人、重点技术领域、法律状态、发明质量等多维度对镇江市的创新发展态势进行全面、系统剖析,并同江苏省其他地级城市进行横向比较与分析。[结果/结论]研究结果发现:镇江市创新动力源主要来自于本地高校,企业发明专利发明申请量大但质量有待提高;高校发明专利转化率低;高校与企业产业不配套;校企合作不紧密;传统制造业有待升级,高新技术企业需要进一步发展等。最后,针对上述问题提出对策建议。
[Purpose/significance]Through multi-dimensional analysis of patent information,this paper tracks the developmental situation of innovation in Zhenjiang City to find the shortcomings of regional innovation,provides support for Zhenjiang City to formulate precise innovation development strategies,and promotes high-quality development of regional economy.[Method/process]Taking Zhenjiang City's invention patents as the research object,this study analyzes the innovation and development situation of Zhenjiang City comprehensively and systematically from the aspects of invention patent application authorization,invention patent applicants,key technical fields,legal status and invention quality.It carries out horizontal comparison and analysis with other prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province.[Result/conclusion]The results of the study finds that Zhenjiang's innovation power mainly came from local universities,and the number of invention patent applications for enterprises is large but the quality needs to be improved;The conversion rate of invention patents is low;University and enterprise industries are not matched;School-enterprise cooperation is not close enough;Traditional manufacturing needs to be upgraded;High-tech enterprises need further development.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions for the above problems are put forward.
