摘要
本文在对国际专利分类法IPC和美国专利分类法USC做了简要介绍的基础上,对US-IPC和EP-IPC和USC与EP-IPC的分类在专利检索差异进行了具体的对比,结果发现一个USIPC对应多个EP-IPC分类号或USC种类号,反之亦然,分析表明每一个专利主题词内在的功能解释以及不同的工业领域的应用是导致这种差异的主要因素。
The paper provides a detailed comparision and analysis of the differentce between the two major patent classification based on the introductin of the IPC and USC. This difference has led to a plurality of IPC terms corresponding to a single USC terms, and vice visa. The analysis shows that the inherient functionality of terms and to its application in a specific industry is the main reasdm of this difference.
