摘要
目的:探究全程质量追溯管理在口腔科医疗器械消毒及医院感染预防控制中的作用。方法:选取医院口腔科220例患者及其开包使用的220件口腔器械包,按照随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组110例患者和110件器械包,对照组口腔器械实施传统管理,观察组口腔器械实施全程质量追溯管理。采用自制满意度调查量表评价医生使用器械的满意率,比较两组器械清洁率、灭菌合格率、器械使用满意率及患者医院感染情况。结果:观察组器械清洁率、灭菌合格率和医生对器械使用的满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.705,χ^(2)=5.116,χ^(2)=4.670;P<0.05)。观察组患者发生医院感染的感染率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.677,P<0.05)。结论:全程质量追溯管理能提升口腔科医疗器械的清洁效果和灭菌效果,提高器械使用的满意度,可有效预防医院感染的发生。
Objective:To explore the role of whole process quality traceability management in disinfection of stomatology medical instruments and prevention and control of nosocomial infection.Methods:A total of 220 patients in the department of stomatology and 220 dental instruments kits were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,each group of 110 patients and 110 instrument kits.The control group implemented traditional management of dental instruments,and the observation group implemented the whole-process quality traceability management of dental instruments.A self-made satisfaction survey scale was used to evaluate the satisfaction rate of doctors using instruments.The instruments cleanliness rate,sterilization qualification rate,satisfaction rate of using instruments and nosocomial infection status of patients were compared between the two groups.Results:The instruments cleanliness rate,qualified rate of sterilization and the satisfaction rate of doctors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.705,χ^(2)=5.116;χ^(2)=4.670;P<0.05).The infection rate of nosocomial infections of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.677,P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole process quality traceability management can improve the cleaning effect and sterilization effect of stomatology medical instruments,improve the satisfaction of instruments use,and effectively prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infection.
