摘要
目的通过应用PDCA循环法提高口腔可复用器械的清洗效果,防止医源性传播的发生。方法采用PDCA循环法对口腔科可复用器械的清洗过程进行管理,比较PDCA循环法干预前后清洗质量的变化。结果造成器械清洗不合格的主要原因有培训不到位、缺乏清洗消毒灭菌知识、责任心不足、缺乏沟通与配合,没有或未按照标准操作流程、器械陈旧老化、监督制度不完善及不及时检测清洗效果等。PDCA循环法干预后口腔器械10倍放大镜目测总合格率为94.91%,高于干预前的89.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预后口腔器械隐血总合格率为97.79%,高于干预前的91.80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预前口腔器械清洗总合格率为86.49%,干预后为93.97%,干预后明显高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在口腔器械清洗管理中,采用PDCA循环法,能够有效提高清洗效果,对保护患者及医务人员的健康有重要的意义。
Objective To improve the cleaning effect of oral reusable instruments by applying the PDCA cycle method to prevent iatrogenic transmission.Methods The PDCA cycle method was used to manage the cleaning process of reusable instruments in the dentistry department,and the changes in cleaning quality before and after the intervention of the PDCA cycle method were compared.Results The main reasons for unqualified equipment cleaning are inadequate training,lack of knowledge about cleaning,disinfection and sterilization,lack of responsibility,lack of communication and cooperation,failure or failure to follow standard operating procedures,equipment obsolescence,imperfect supervision system,and untimely testing cleaning effect,etc.After the intervention of PDCA circulation method,the total pass rate of dental instruments with 10 times magnifying glass was 94.91%,which was higher than 89.89%before the intervention,the difference was statistically siginficant(P<0.01).After the intervention,the total qualified rate of oral device occult blood was 97.79%,which was higher than the 91.80%before the intervention,the difference was statistically siginficant(P<0.01).The total qualified rate of oral instrument cleaning before intervention was 86.49%,and after intervention was 93.97%,which was significantly higher than that before intervention,the difference was statistically siginficant(P<0.01).Conclusion In the cleaning management of dental instruments,the PDCA cycle method can effectively improve the cleaning effect,which is of great significance to protect the health of patients and medical staff.
