摘要
[目的/意义]近年来关于“建设中国特色新型智库”的多项政策相继出台,智库建设已提升到国家战略高度。高校智库是中国特色新型智库的重要构成部分,探讨高校智库的建设路径能够完善中国特色新型智库体系。[方法/过程]选取上海首批成立的18家高校智库作为案例,结合具体数据对上海高校智库的实体化与协同化建设、管理体制与组织架构、人员配置、成果孕育等方面的现状和问题展开具体论述。[结果/结论]上海高校智库应该围绕重视线上平台建设、扩大数据库的开放程度、吸收学生参与智库工作、提升研究成果质量4个方面来推动智库建设。
[Purpose/significance]In recent years,a number of policies on“building a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics”have been issued successively,and the construction of think tank has been elevated to a national strategic height.University think tank is an important part of the new-type think tank with Chinese characteristics.To explore the construction path of university think tank can improve the new-type think tank system with Chinese characteristics.[Method/process]This paper takes 18 university think tanks in the first batch of Shanghai as cases,and discusses the present situation and problems of the materialization and collaborative construction,management system and organizational structure,personnel allocation,and achievement breeding of university think tanks in Shanghai based on specific data.[Result/conclusion]The university think tanks in Shanghai should focus on paying attention to the construction of online platforms,expanding the openness of the databases,attracting students to participate in the think tank work,and improving the quality of research results to promote the construction of think tanks.
