摘要
信用环境是市场经济有效运行的重要基础。本文选取经济总量、人均产值和单位面积产值作为测度经济发展状况的三个指标,以浙江省为案例,运用空间计量模型探讨现阶段信用环境对新常态下经济增长的影响。研究证实:信用环境对经济总量和人均产值均起正向作用,表明信用环境对传统经济发展起到了较大的牵引作用。而信用环境负向影响单位面积产值,说明当前社会信用体系建设背景下,信用环境对经济高质量发展的支撑力有待加强。建议从完善信用信息系统、强化数据归集共享、丰富信用产品体系、拓展市场化信用应用及健全信用运行机制等入手,积极营造适应中国高质量发展的信用环境。
Credit environment is an important foundation for the effective operation of market economy.In this paper,we select total economic volume,output value per capita and output value per unit area as three indicators to measure economic development,and use a spatial econometric model to explore the impact of credit environment on economic growth under the new normal in Zhejiang Province.The study confirms that the credit environment positively affects both total economic volume and per capita output value,indicating that the credit environment plays a greater traction role in traditional economic development.The credit environment negatively affects the output value per unit area,which indicates that the support of credit environment for high-quality economic development in the context of the current social credit system construction needs to be strengthened.It is suggested to improve credit information system,strengthen data collection and sharing,enrich credit product system,expand market-oriented credit application and improve credit operation mechanism,etc.to actively create a credit environment that can adapt to China’s high-quality development.
