攀岩运动对引体向上技能迁移效果的探究 被引量:1

摘要 引体向上是克服自身重量的悬垂力量练习,主要发展练习者上肢、背阔和腰腹等部位的肌肉力量,该项目也是测试男性上肢力量的方法,目前引体向上作为深圳市体育中考的考试项目之一,其分值在体育中考分数占比具有很高的地位。攀岩运动也是练习者克服自身重量,在岩壁上攀登的练习,主要发展练习者上肢和腰腹的肌肉力量。本研究抽取30名八年级男同学作为研究对象,随机的将受试者分为攀岩运动组(C组)和常规运动组(T组),实验前测试学生的体重、前臂紧张围、上臂紧张围、曲臂悬垂时间、平板支持时间和引体向上数量等指标,10周的攀岩练习干预后,再次测得两组学生的相应指标。实验结果发现,虽然T组学生有所增加,但是其结果没有显著性差异,攀岩运动干预后C组学生相对于运动干预前的平板支持时间、曲臂悬垂时间和引体向上数量显著性增加。结论,攀岩运动能有效地促进中学生腰腹肌和上肢肌肉力量的发展,并且攀岩对于引体向上技能来说具有良好的迁移效果。 Pull-up is a dropping strength exercise that overcomes body weight,and mainly develops the muscle strength of the upper limb muscles,latissimus dorsi,waist and abdomen muscles of the practitioner.It is also a way to test the strength of male upper limbs.At present,the pull-up is one of the main test items in Shenzhen high school entrance examination.Rock climbing is also an exercise in which the practitioners overcome their own weight and climbs on the rock wall,mainly developing the muscle strength of the upper limb and waist of the practitioner.In this study,30 eighth-grade male students were selected as subjects,and were randomly divided into rock climbing exercise group(group C)and regular exercise group(group T).Before the experiment,it is necessary to test the student’s weight,forearm tension circumference,upper arm tension circumference,flexor arm overhang time,plate support time and numbers of the pull-up.After 10 weeks of rock climbing practice intervention,the indicators of the two groups of students were measured again.The experimental results show the number of students in the T group increased,but there is no significant difference in the results.After the rock climbing exercise intervention,the group C students increased their plank time,the flexor arm overhang time and the numbers of the pull-ups.In conclusion,rock climbing can effectively promote the development of waist muscles and upper limb muscle strength of middle school students,and has a good shifting effect for the pull-up skills.
