Design and Test of the Control System for the Combine Harvesting Machine

摘要 为提高田间作物收割的作业效率,针对联合收割机控制系统进行了设计研究。在全面了解收割作业机理的基础上,搭建多功能作业控制模型,着重对控制系统进行硬件设计与软件控制布局,并进行多功能性作业试验。结果表明:发动机转速为1750~2150r/min时,联合收割机收割单元振动强度较设计前平均降低50%,在一定程度上延长了装置的作业寿命;收割作物的总损失率可控制在7%以内,割台损失率平均为3.46%,脱粒损失率平均为2.93%。经多功能性融合,整机的作业效率较传统式提高了13.24%,符合农机具收割工艺要求。设计思路有利于农机装备向集成化方向发展,具有较好的借鉴意义。 In order to improve the efficiency of field crop harvesting with agricultural equipment, the control system of combine harvesting machine was designed and studied. On the basis of comprehensively understanding the harvesting operation mechanism, a multi-functional operation control model was built. The hardware design and software control layout of the control system of the combine harvesting machine were emphasized, and the multi-functional operation test was carried out, and the results showed that when the engine speed was 1750-2150 r/min, the vibration intensity of the harvesting unit of the designed multifunctional device could be reduced by 50% on average compared with that before the design, the working life of the device would be prolonged to some extent. The total loss rate of harvesting crops could be controlled within 7%. The average loss rate of cutting table and threshing was kept at 3.46% and 2.93% respectively.After multi-functional integration, the efficiency of the whole machine was 13.24% higher than that of the traditional one, which meets the requirements of harvesting technology of agricultural machinery. This design idea would be beneficial to the development of agricultural machinery and equipment towards integration and systematization, and would be a good reference value.
