摘要
针对桑叶采摘机构的采摘工况,通过几何与静力学分析,以采摘机构的基本参数为设计变量,分别以推杆推力最小和采摘机构质量最轻为优化目标,在满足采摘机构的基本尺寸和力学性能的条件限制下,采用加权线性组合法建立多目标优化数学模型,求解桑叶采摘机构的最佳设计方案。经多目标优化后采摘机构质量和推杆推力都相应减小。机构质量减轻可节省生产成本,推杆推力减小使机构打开合理角度时节省时间,提高采摘效率。利用多目标优化方法可获得较好的优化效果,为进一步桑叶采摘机物理样机制作奠定良好基础。
Based on the conditions of mulberry-leaf picking machines,through the geometry and static analysis,the mathematical model of multi-objective optimization featuring weighted linear combination is set up,with both the minimum thrust and the lightest weight taken as the objectives,which ensures the basic size of the picking machine and its mechanical performance,when the basic parameters serve as design variables.The optimum design scheme is worked out after the mathematical model is solved.The weight and the thrust are both reduced.The results show that the reduction of the machine’s weight helps to save the production cost,and the decreasing thrust ensures a reasonable angle,which will save time and improve efficiency.It has proved that thanks to the multi-objective optimization,better results are obtained,which lays a solid foundation for the prototype production of mulberry-leaf picking machines in the future.
