发动机燃油稀释机油的在线评估方法及应用 被引量:1

摘要 根据对燃油稀释的形成机理分析,提出了一种基于排气流量的燃油损失率计算方法,实现燃油稀释的在线评估.通过一款增压直喷汽油机进行台架试验,研究不同喷油策略及喷油参数对燃油损失率、颗粒数量(PN)排放及燃油消耗率的影响,并基于不同喷射策略进行了燃油稀释在线评估方法和传统检测方法的对比验证.结果表明:随着不同喷油参数的变化,在线评估方法计算的燃油损失率可有效评估燃油稀释水平,结合喷油参数对颗粒物数量排放和燃油消耗率的影响,可有效确定最优的喷油策略.基于不同的喷油策略验证了基于排气流量在线计算的燃油稀释相对于传统的气相色谱检测法一致性较好,燃油稀释率偏差均在1%以内. According to the formation mechanism of fuel dilution,a new calculation method of fuel loss rate based on exhaust flow was proposed to evaluate fuel dilution online.Bench tests were conducted on a direct injection gasoline engine to investigate the effects of different fuel injection strategies and fuel injection parameters on the fuel loss rate,particle number(PN)emissions and the fuel consumption(BSFC).And comparative verification of the online method and traditional detection method for fuel dilution based on different injection strategies were conducted.The results show that the fuel loss rate can effectively evaluate the fuel dilution level with the change of different fuel injection parameters.Combined with the PN emissions and BSFC results,the optimal fuel injection strategy can be effectively determined.There is a good consistency of fuel dilution rate between the online calculation method and the traditional gas chromatography measurement.The fuel dilution rate deviation is within 1%.
