摘要
利用FT-IR红外光谱仪对6种柴油机在用润滑油中柴油含量进行定性定量分析,并采用Minitab软件对柴机油润滑油中柴油的含量与其红外特征吸光度的相关性进行分析。结果表明:红外光谱法可以快速有效地检测出润滑油中柴油含量,且柴油稀释含量与红外特征吸光度存在良好的线性相关,相关因子为0.05。
The diesel engine oils diluted by diesel oil were detected using FT-IR infrared spectrometer, and the correlation between the diesel oil content in lubricating oil of the diesel engine and its characteristic infrared absorbance were researched through the Minitab software. The results show that the diesel oil content in lubricating oil can be detected quickly and effectively by the infrared spectroscopy, and a good linear relationship is found between the diesel content in on-line lubricating oil of the diesel engine and the characteristic infra- red absorbance, the correlation factor is 0.05.
