摘要
失眠导致的低质量生活状态已成为全世界广泛关注的社会问题。虽然"镇静催眠药"治疗失眠已取得显著疗效,但副作用巨大,寻求中医药调治成为最佳选择。中医治疗失眠总以从调神论治、从平衡阴阳论治、从调和脏腑论治、从调整经络论治四种,因疗效显著、副作用少、方法多样、治病求本等特点,更加被大众认可。然其仍存在缺乏客观反映疗效的正确方法、较少实现远期疗效观察及评价、临床试验样本数量小等一系列问题。
With the rapid development of modern society,insomnia has developed into a global social problem that plagues people’s study and life.Traditional Chinese medicine has been treating insomnia for thousands of years.Medical doctors of different generations have their own unique treatment principles and plans for insomnia,most of which are still in use today.Although the"sedative and hypnotic drugs"of modern medicine have achieved remarkable effects,but with the inevitable side effects,Chinese medicine has attracted more and more attention and recognition from the public for its equivalence and safety.Therefore,this article summarizes the research progress of TCM treatment of insomnia in the past three years.
