摘要
对大规模定制发展趋势下板式家具企业的拼托作业现状进行总结与分析,提出一种三维坐标系拼托方案;同时,结合硬件设备与软件系统构建拼托系统架构,设计拼托流程,以期提高柔性制造模式下定制家具企业的拼托效率、托盘利用率、立体仓库货架仓位空间利用率。
The panel furniture manufacturing has developed tremendously into mass production of customization.The current status of panel furniture manufactures were summarized and the stacking material system was analyzed.A three-dimensional coordinate system scheme was proposed.Combined with the hardware equipment and software system,a schematic structure of the system was established;and the sorting process was planned.The application of the system aims to improve the efficiency of palletizing,the utilization rate of pallets,and the utilization rate of shelf space in the three-dimensional warehouse under the flexible manufacturing mode.
