摘要
板式定制企业的成本控制与企业的实际收益直接挂钩,因此对家具企业成本控制影响因素的权重进行了评估。通过对板式定制企业成本构成概念的阐述,在查阅相关资料和汲取专家意见的基础上,运用层次分析法,构建了企业成本影响因素评价模型,从设计部、财务部、业务部、生产部、安装部等5个部门、16个影响指标来评价板式定制企业成本控制各指标在成本控制中的权重,并对权重结果进行分析,为企业成本控制的后续工作提供数据支持。
Because the cost control of panel customization enterprises is directly linked with the actual income of enterprises,this paper evaluates the influencing factors of cost control of furniture enterprises.Through the elaboration of the concept of cost composition of plate customization enterprise,on the basis of consulting relevant materials and drawing expert opinions,the AHP method is used to build the evaluation model of enterprise cost influencing factors,which includes five departments:design department,finance department,business department,production department and installation departments,16 impact indicators are used to evaluate the weight of each indicator in the cost control,and the weight results are analyzed to provide data basis for the follow-up work of enterprise cost control.
