院校需以知识获得、时空心态、教育模式三个关键要素为主,有明确目标与方向的开展智慧校园信息化建设工作。且在环境优化和智慧服务方面,科学融入大数据和互联网等技术。通过智慧化校园环境的创建、构建信息化教育平台、动态优化运维平台功能,真正达到智慧校园信息化建设的目标。
