摘要
目的对比和分析经阴道彩色多普勒超声鉴别诊断子宫内膜息肉及子宫内膜癌的价值。方法回顾性分析自2017年1月至2020年8月进行诊疗的子宫内膜病变患者临床资料,其中,子宫内膜息肉患者59例,子宫内膜癌患者31例,所有患者均采用经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查。结果子宫内膜息肉组与子宫内膜癌组对比,子宫内膜癌组患者子宫肌层与内膜分界模糊率及病灶内部回声不均匀率更高,子宫内膜厚度更高,血流丰富率占比更高,阻力指数、搏动指数及平均血流速度值更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声能够有效鉴别、诊断子宫内膜息肉与子宫内膜癌,在子宫内膜病变筛查中的应用价值较高。
Objective To compare and analyze the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of endometrial polyps and endometrial cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of patients with endometrial lesions who were diagnosed and treated from January 2017 to August 2020,including 59 patients with endometrial polyps and 31 patients with endometrial cancer.All patients underwent transvaginal Color Doppler ultrasound examination.Results Compared with the endometrial cancer group,the endometrial polyp group has a higher rate of blurring of the boundary between myometrium and endometrial and uneven echoes within the lesion,higher endometrial thickness,and rich blood flow rate.The proportion is higher,RI,PI and TAP are lower,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound can effectively distinguish and diagnose endometrial polyps and endometrial cancer,and it has high application value in the screening of endometrial lesions.
