摘要
游客在线评论可以揭示游客的主要关注点,并对其他游客的决策产生影响。提出一种游客在线评论文本的分析和可视化方法。首先对评论数据进行关键词识别,再通过词云对高频词进行可视化,并基于词共现网络分析共现于同一条评论中的关键词。通过对在线评论的可视化分析,有利于直观分析游客的关注主体及情感倾向。
Online reviews of tourists can reveal the main concerns of tourists and will have an impact on the decision-making of other tourists.A visual analysis method of tourists'online comment texts is proposed.Firstly,keyword recognition is performed on the comment data,and then the high-frequency words are visualized through the word cloud,and the keywords that co-occur in the same comment are analyzed based on the word co-occurrence network.Through the visual analysis of online reviews,it is helpful to visually analyze the subject of attention and emotional tendency of tourists.
