摘要
为尽可能减少换流阀的换相失败,发挥晶闸管的更大效能,在此介绍了高压直流输电(HVDC)换流阀中晶闸管的阻断恢复期特性,并给出阻断恢复期保护的两种方法及保护定值的选取原则。对于因阻断恢复期保护定值设置不合理而造成部分试验或运行晶闸管的损坏,此处也进行了分析,以增强理解阻断恢复期保护的关键点和必要性。
In order to reduce the commutation failure of the converter valve as much as possible and obtain full efficiency of the thyristor,the characteristics of the blocking recovery period of the thyristor in the converter valve of high voltage direct current(HVDC) is studied,and two protection methods in this period is given,the selection principles of their protection setting value are also described.The damage situation of some experiments and operating thyristors caused by the unreasonable set of the protection setting value in blocking recovery period is also analyzed.Some key points and the necessities to enhance the understanding of blocking recovery period protection are established.
