摘要
目的探讨重力肌群锻炼对脊柱疼痛、功能康复的作用。方法以随机分组法将该院2018年1月—2020年1月收治的200例脊柱关节疼痛患者均分成A组和B组,分别施以常规治疗、常规治疗联合重力肌群锻炼。比较两组治疗效果、脊柱功能、疼痛程度、日常生活活动能力及生活质量。结果B组治疗优良率(97.00%)高于A组(88.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.838,P=0.016)。B组治疗后1、3个月枕墙、指地距离均低于A组,Schober试验距离高于A组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.858、3.071、2.698、3.271、3.383、3.277,P=0.005、0.002、0.008、0.001、0.001、0.001)。B组治疗后1周、1个月、3个月视觉模拟法(VAS)评分低于A组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.441、2.683、3.487,P=0.016、0.008、0.001)。B治疗后日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)、生活质量量表(SF-36)评分均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.805、3.119,P=0.006、0.002)。结论在脊柱关节疼痛治疗中重力肌群锻炼的应用,可优化治疗效果,改善患者脊柱功能、疼痛程度、日常生活活动能力与生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of gravity muscle exercise on spinal pain and functional rehabilitation.Methods The 200 patients with spine joint pain admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were divided into group A and group B by random grouping.They were treated with conventional treatment,conventional treatment and gravitational muscle exercise respectively.The treatment effect,spinal function,pain degree,activities of daily living and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in group B(97.00%)was higher than that in group A(88.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.838,P=0.016).The distance between the occipital wall and the finger to the ground in group B was lower than that in group A in the first and third months after treatment,and the distance in Schober test was higher than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.858,3.071,2.698,3.271,3.383,3.277,P=0.005,0.002,0.008,0.001,0.001,0.001).The visual simulation method(VAS)score of group B was lower than that of group A at 1 week,1 month,and 3 months after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.441,2.683,3.487,P=0.016,0.008,0.001).After B treatment,the scores of ADL and SF-36 were higher than those of group A,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.805,3.119,P=0.006,0.002).Conclusion The application of gravity muscle exercise in the treatment of spinal joint pain can optimize the treatment effect and improve the patient's spinal function,pain degree,activities of daily living and quality of life.
