摘要
目的研究心内科教学实践中运用临床案例教学法的效果。方法将2018年9-12月心内科专业的两个班级的学生随机分组,一组为对照组(n=97),另一组为实验组(n=101),其中对照组使用常规教学方法,实验组学生使用临床案例教学法开展教学,比较两个班级的学生考试结果,分析临床案例教学法的教学效果。结果两组学生的考核成绩比较,实验组学生成绩明显更好,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在调查过程中,向学生发放问卷,有效地收集了所有问卷,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例教学法可以有效调动学生的积极性,提升其综合素养。合理运用临床案例教学法可以有效改善心内科专业教育水平,可有有效促进学生未来的职业发展。
Objective To study the effect of clinical case teaching method in the teaching practice of cardiology.Methods The students in two classes of cardiology major were randomly divided into two groups from September to December 2018.One group was the control group(n=97)and the other group was the experimental group(n=101).The control group used conventional teaching methods and the experimental group used clinical methods.Case teaching method was used to carry out teaching,comparing the test results of two classes of students,and analyzing the teaching effect of clinical case teaching method.Results Compared the assessment results of the two groups of students,the results of the experimental group were significantly better,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the survey process,a questionnaires were distributed to students,and all the questionnaires were collected effectively,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case teaching method can effectively arouse the enthusiasm of students and improve their comprehensive literacy.Reasonable use of clinical case teaching methods can effectively improve the professional education level of cardiology and can effectively promote the future career development of students.
