Simultaneous Determination of Chlorate and Nitrate Nitrogen in Direct Drinking Water of Primary and Secondary Schools by Ion Chromatography

摘要 本文探讨了用离子色谱法同时测定中小学直饮水中氯酸盐和硝酸盐氮的最佳分析条件。按照GB/T 5750.10-2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法》进行测定,通过对方法的检出限、精密度、准确度作一系列实验,优化最佳分析方法。经过测定,氯酸盐在0.05~0.75 mg/L内线性良好,硝酸盐氮在1.00~10.00 mg/L内线性良好,检出限分别为0.0018 mg/L和0.0015 mg/L。RSD分别为1.4%~3.4%和0.9%~3.0%,回收率分别为90.0%~110.0%和91.0%~106.0%。离子色谱法同时测定中小学直饮水中氯酸盐和硝酸盐氮方法准确可靠,可用于实验分析。 This paper is to investigate the optimum analytical conditions for simultaneous determination of chlorate and nitrate nitrogen in direct drinking water of primary and secondary schools by ion chromatography.We conducted experiment according to GB/T 5750.10-2006 Standard Examination Methods for Drinking Water to test the detection limit,precision and accuracy of the method to optimize the best analysis method.After the determination,this method has a good linear relation in the range of 0.05-0.75 mg/L of chlorate,and 1.00~10.00 mg/L of nitrate nitrogen,and the detection limits were 0.0018 mg/L and 0.0015 mg/L respectively.The RSDs were 1.4%-3.4%and 0.9%-3.0%,and the recovery rates were 90.0%-110.0%and 91.0%-106.0%,respectively.The method of simultaneous determination of chlorate and nitrate nitrogen in direct drinking water of primary and secondary schools by ion chromatography is accurate and reliable,and can be used for experimental analysis.
