摘要
对GB 17378.4—2007中镉柱还原法测定海水中硝酸盐氮的有关问题进行了分析与探讨。结果表明,GB 17378.4—2007中硝酸盐氮的测定方法和计算公式存在一定缺陷,针对这些问题,提出了相应的改进措施和修正方法,改进后的方法操作步骤更加便捷,计算结果更加准确。
The problems about determination of nitrate in seawater with cadmium reduction method in GB 17378.4—2007 were analyzed and discussed.The results showed the determination and formula of nitrate in GB 17378.4—2007 had defect.Contrary to the problems,the improved method and modified formula were proposed,which made the determination of nitrate in seawater simpler,faster and more accurate.
