摘要
目的基于V2.5版本中医传承辅助系统软件,分析挖掘戚广崇教授治疗勃起功能障碍的中医处方用药经验。方法选取2019年1月至12月戚广崇教授在深圳市宝安中医院(集团)男科门诊出诊治疗的100例勃起功能障碍患者作为研究对象。将其相关病历录入V2.5版本中医传承辅助系统,利用该软件的集成规则分析、无监督的熵层次聚类、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、四气五味归经分析等方法,分析挖掘戚广崇教授治疗勃起功能障碍的处方规律。结果对筛选出的100个处方进行数据分析,使用频次前10位的分别是淫羊藿、甘草、枸杞子、大枣、肉苁蓉、赤芍、巴戟天、锁阳、怀小麦、黄芪;核心药物组合为桂枝-当归-川芎、赤芍-蜈蚣-柴胡、远志-大枣-柴胡;治疗勃起功能障碍的新方为白芍-当归-黄芪-桂枝-川芎、蜈蚣-党参-赤芍-柴胡、大枣-柴胡-赤芍-远志。结论戚广崇教授治疗勃起功能障碍多以温平甘性药物为主,用药王道,活血补肾温阳为法,并据其兼症加减治疗。
Objective To analyze and excavate the TCM prescription experience of Professor Qi Guangchong in the treatment of erectile dysfunction,based on the TCM inheritance assistant system software(V2.5).Methods 100 cases of patients with erectile dysfunction treated by Professor Qi Guangchong in the department of andrdogy of Shenzhen Bao′an Chinese Medicine Hospital(Group)from January 2019 to December 2019 were collected as the research subjects,and inputted into the"TCM Assistant System(V2.5)".Using the integrated rules analysis,unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering,improved mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering,analysis of the four qi and five flavors of the software,Professor Qi Guangchong′s prescription for treating erectile dysfunction was analyzed and mined.Results Data analysis was conducted on the selected 100 prescriptions.Top 10 most frequently used were Epimedium,Licorice,Lycium Fructus,Jujube,Cistanche deserticola,Red Paeonia lactiflora,Morinda officinalis,Solarum songaricum,Huai wheat and Astragalus.The core drug combinations were Guizhi-Danggui-chuanxiong,Radix Paeonia-Centipede-Chaihu,and Polygalori-Jujube-Chaihu.The new prescriptions for the treatment of erectile dysfunction are Baishao-Danggui-Astragalus-Guizhi-Chuanxiong,Centipede-Codonopsis Radix-Radix Paeonia-Chaihu,Jujube-Chaihu-Radix Paeonia-Polygala.Conclusions Professor Qi Guangchong treats erectile dysfunction mainly with warm,plain and sweet drugs,medication Wang Tao,promoting blood circulation and kidney warming,and add or reduce drugs according to the combinations.
