摘要
本文以嘉鱼诗经小镇核心区为例,介绍了如何通过建筑总体设计的方法将以文化为内核的项目转化为集场景还原、功能提升、产品创新和风貌演绎于一体的诗经主题文旅康养目的地。分析了如何依托总体设计解决全局性问题,并分别论述了空间营造、交通组织与流线、建筑产品、建筑风貌、室内与景观设计建议等设计内容。通过本项目的实践,论证了在从事建筑设计活动时,需从整体布局着手,解决全局性问题,进而解决局部问题,方能使单体建筑设计有所依据。因此,建筑总体设计是建筑设计重要的工作内容之一,建筑总体设计决定着整个建筑的层次,关系到整个设计的走向。
This paper based on the core area of Jiayu Shijing Cultural Tourism Town,explain the method of overall architectural design about how to transform a culturally oriented project as the core into a cultural tourist and health care destination under the theme of the Book of Poetry,integrating scene restoration,function enhancement,product innovation and style interpretation.It discusses and analyzes the strategies against overall issues by relying on the overall design,and then discusses lead to some detailed design works in space creation,circulation,architectural products,architectural style,interior and landscape design suggestions,etc.Through the practice of this project,it is proved that when engaging in architectural design activities,we must always start with the overall layout,solve the overall problems,and then solve the detail problems,hence,it is found that the works for a single building design could reply on the needed principle.It can be confirmed that the overall architectural design is one of the most important work of architectural design.The overall architectural design determines the level and design direction of the entire building,lead to the success or failure of the entire design.
