摘要
随着我国对科技创新支持力度的不断加大,科技园的用地规模不断增加,产业类型、设计需求日趋复杂,部分科技园在设计时需要多片区同时进行。文章通过对南京市红枫科技园部分地块设计过程的分析,结合当地文化、场地周围现状,从整体规划角度对场地应对策略、产业规划、空间设计的方法做出总结;从建筑设计校对平面布局、形体生成、立面造型等方面提出相应对策。
With the increasingly support for scientific and technological innovation in our country,the scale of science and technology parks continues to increase,and the types of industries and design requirements are becoming more and more complex.Some science and technology parks require multiple zones to be designed at the same time.Through the analysis on the design process of some plots in Hongfeng Science and Technology Park in Nanjing,combined with the local culture and the current situation surrounding the site,the site response strategy,industrial planning,and space design methods are summarized from the perspective of overall planning,and corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of plane layout,shape generation,and facade modeling,and so on.
