煤干馏过程中的拉曼光谱研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用盐酸和氢氟酸对邢东煤进行酸洗,并对酸洗前后的煤样进行了高温干馏处理。利用拉曼光谱仪对100℃~1200℃热处理温度下的煤样进行了表征,考察了酸洗煤在不同热处理温度下XRD图的变化情况。结果发现:酸洗前后煤样在干馏过程中拉曼光谱D峰和G峰的积分面积比R分别在800℃和700℃出现最小值;随热处理温度的提高,酸洗煤中芳香片层的层间距逐渐减小,微晶厚度逐渐增大。 The coal samples of Xingdong were pickled with hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid,and the coal samples before and after pickling were treated with high temperature dry distillation.Raman spectroscopy was used to characterize coal samples at heat treatment temperature of 100℃~1200℃,and the XRD pattern changes of pickled coal at different carbonization temperatures were investigated.The results showed that the integral area ratio R of the D peak and G peak of the Raman spectra of the coal sample before and after pickling during the dry distillation process reached the minimum at 800℃and 700℃respectively.With the increase of the heat treatment temperature,the interlayer spacing of the aromatic flakes in the pickled coal gradually decreased,and the thickness of the crystallites gradually increased.
