摘要
抚顺琥珀煤采用HCl-HF-HCl分步脱灰,应用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)分析琥珀煤脱灰前后结构变化,利用Origin软件对红外光谱进行分峰拟合处理。结果表明,酸洗脱灰对煤中化学结构产生影响。琥珀煤酸洗后,灰分降到0. 95%,煤中芳环结构取代方式改变;含氧官能团中酚羟基和羧基吸收峰强度增加;脂肪官能团中CH伸缩振动明显增加,脂肪链长度增加,侧链减少。
Fushun amber coal was demineralised using HCl-HF-HCl by stages,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR) was used to analyze the structural change before and after the demineralization of amber coal,the Origin software was applied to the infrared spectrum to be processed by peak fitting. The results show that the demineralization has an impact on the chemical structure of the coal. The ash content of the amber coal decreased to 0. 95% after acid treatment,the substitution pattern of the aromatic ring structure in the coal after acid treatment changed,the intensity of the absorption peak of phenolic hydroxyl and carboxyl groups increased in the oxygen-containing functional group. The CH stretching vibration of aliphatic functional group increased obviously,the length of chain increased and the side chain reduced.
