摘要
基于国内外相关文献,对田径运动训练周期理论、运动负荷控制理论、训练过程控制模式以及田径运动训练过程控制理论等进行综述。当前学术界在田径运动训练周期划分、训练结构等方面已经形成了统一的意见,但对训练周期的安排还存在部分分歧。关于运动负荷控制理论的研究是在适应人体能力的基础上进行的,而训练过程中控制模型的研究则是从数学以及专项训练等方面切入的,对田径运动员身体体能、训练强度承受能力以及运动内容等方面的研究呈现出交叉融合应用的态势。尽管以上研究有一定的局限性,但也为运动负荷理论以及训练过程控制理论打下了坚实的理论基础。
Based on the review and analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the theory of track and field control training cycle,sports load control theory,training process control mode and track and field training process control theory.It is found that the current academic circle has formed a unified opinion on the division of training cycle and training structure of track and field sports,but there are still some differences on the arrangement of training cycle.Research on sports load control theory is adapt to the human body ability.The training process control model research bases on mathematics and special training,etc,while on the track and field athlete physical fitness,training intensity to bear ability and sports content and other researchs present a cross fusion application situation.Although the above research has some limitations,it also lays a solid theoretical foundation for exercise load theory and training mode control theory.
