摘要
妇科肿瘤领域在过去1年取得了诸多重磅性研究成果,三大常见妇科恶性肿瘤,包括宫颈癌、子宫体癌和卵巢癌,在手术治疗、辅助治疗及靶向治疗方面均有突破性进展。靶向治疗的应用使卵巢癌患者的生存状况得到了极大程度的改善,对于特定人群的卵巢癌患者,靶向治疗带来了显著的生存获益。在手术治疗方面,宫颈癌根治性手术在传统开腹手术与腹腔镜手术之间的安全性比较有了更多研究数据;子宫内膜癌早期手术治疗模式也在不断更新。
There have been many leading research achievements in the past year in the field of gynecologic oncology.Breakthroughs in surgical treatment,adjuvant therapy and targeted therapy have been made in the common gynecological malignancies,including cervical cancer,uterine cancer and ovarian cancer.Targeted therapy has greatly improved the prognosis of patients with ovarian cancer.For a specific kind of ovarian cancer patients,targeted therapy has resulted in significant survival improvement.In terms of surgical treatment,more research has been conducted on the safety of radical laparoscopic surgery for cervical cancer compared with laparotomy surgery.Surgical modality for endometrial cancer is constantly updated and explored as well.

吴小华,医学博士,教授,博士研究生导师。现任复旦大学附属肿瘤医院妇瘤科主任、妇科肿瘤多学科综合治疗组首席专家,上海市优秀学科带头人、上海市医学领军人才。现任中国抗癌协会妇科肿瘤专业委员会主任委员、中华医学会妇科肿瘤专业委员会常委、中国临床肿瘤学会(CSCO)理事、上海市抗癌协会常务理事及妇科肿瘤专业委员会主任委员。曾任国际妇癌学会(IGCS)教育委员会委员、亚太地区理事候选人、美国妇科肿瘤学会(SGO)国际委员会委员、美国西北大学Fernberg医学院妇产科学系兼职教授等。目前还担任International Journal of Gynecological Cancer、Cancer Medicine、Journal of Gynecological Oncology、《中华妇产科杂志》、《中华解剖与临床杂志》、《中国癌症杂志》等编委;美国NCCN宫颈癌和子宫内膜癌资源分层诊疗(NCCN Framework)临床指南审阅专家。;通信作者:吴小华E-mail:docwuxh@yahoo.com。
