摘要
当前高校武术教学中忽略了武术技理法体系之间的结构联系,分割式的武术教授致使武术形成了机械式、速成式的操化武术,武术的文化本质逐渐脱落,武术的育人功能难以发挥。立足于高校武术教学实际,从武术技术、身体、精神层面对高校武术教学相关问题进行探讨。高校武术教学应是建立在身体实践之上的人文教化,教学中应注重武术文化符号中所蕴含的主体性思维教育,内化精神培育,通过武术的“技、理、法”三者之间的内在规律及其思维变化特征的把握,深入武术教学之中传递武学之道。
In the current martial arts teaching in colleges and universities,the structural connection between the martial arts technique,theory and law system is ignored,and the segmented martial arts teaching has resulted in the formation of a mechanical and fast-style martial arts.The cultural essence of martial arts is gradually falling off and the educational function of martial arts is difficult to perform.Based on this,the paper discusses related issues of martial arts teaching in colleges and universities from the three levels:martial arts technology,body and spirit through literature materials,teaching observation and expert interview,with the aim of providing reference for the teaching reform.The research believes that college martial arts teaching should be humanistic education based on physical practice.The teaching should focus on the subjective thinking education contained in martial arts cultural symbols,and internalize spiritual cultivation.The understanding of the internal laws of"techniques,principles,and methods"and the characteristics of the thinking changes can intensify the teaching of martial arts to convey the way of martial arts.
