来氟米特与环磷酰胺治疗狼疮性肾炎的效果比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较来氟米特与环磷酰胺治疗狼疮性肾炎的效果。方法选取辽宁省健康产业集团铁煤总医院2019年1~12月收治的72例狼疮性肾炎患者作为研究对象,按照简单随机化法分为对照组(36例)与观察组(36例)。对照组采用环磷酰胺治疗,观察组采用来氟米特治疗。比较两组的相关实验室指标、系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动度(SLEDAI)评分、临床疗效、用药安全性。结果观察组患者治疗后的血肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、胱抑素-C(Cys-C)、24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h Upr)、SLEDAI评分以及不良反应总发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的疾病缓解率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对狼疮性肾炎患者实施来氟米特治疗具有较高的有效性和用药安全性。 Objective To compare the effect of Leflunomide and Cyclophosphamide in the treatment of lupus nephritis.Methods A total of 72 patients with lupus nephritis admitted to Iron Coal General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(36 cases)and the observation group(36 cases)according to simple randomization method.The control group was treated with Cyclophosphamide,and the observation group was treated with Leflunomide.The laboratory-related indicators,systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity(SLEDAI)score,clinical efficacy,and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),cystatin-C(Cys-C),24 h urine protein quantitative(24 h Upr),SLEDAI score and the total incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disease remission rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Leflunomide is effective and safe in the treatment of patients with lupus nephritis.
